Fabulous Homes International First School of Real Estate is now accepting the first batch of 2019 Real Estate Professionals in training.
Candidates must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson’s pre-license course, pass a final exam with a score of 75% or higher, and be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or General Education equivalent.
International Licensed Real Estate Broker, Dr. Karis Munroe Phd HC. along with Guest lecturers, will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the final exam.

Classes Begins: Saturday April 20th 2019 @ 10am-3pm
Classes are held on weekdays from Monday to Friday 10:00am to 1:00pm. (Morning Classes)
Monday to Friday 5:00 pm to 7pm (Evening Classes)

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a student has attended any in-class session.  Guyana First School of Real Estate retains a $95U.S administrative fee, for any refund paid prior to attending the first class of the course.
 
Real Estate Professional Salesperson Requirements
To qualify as a Professional Salesperson’s in Guyana, an applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. 
  
• Be a high school graduate holder of Caribbean Examination Council Certificate with 5 subject passes at Grades 1-4 or its equivalency.
• Successfully complete Salesperson Pre-license Course of at least 75 hours and achieve a score of 75% on the school final exam.
• Obtain a Police report (criminal background check) through a local police department.
  
• Obtain report no more than 60 days prior to picking up license.

Important Note

You will be required to complete a Guyana Revenue Authority License form on the first day of pre-license class. Please Note if you Have you ever been convicted of, pled nolo contendere to, or been granted first offender treatment upon being charged with: (1) any criminal offense other than a traffic violation or (2) any traffic violation that involved driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, homicide or feticide by vehicle, fleeing the scene of an accident, attempting to elude a police officer or transacting business of a fictitious nature or have willingly defrauded the general public in your current or previous business dealings, whether prosecuted or otherwise.

Notice: Guyana First School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel course prior to the first day of class. When course is canceled by Guyana First School of Real Estate, students shall receive a 100% tuition refund or may elect to attend another scheduled pre-license course.
