This is a perfect position for a PROVEN HIGH PERFORMER in related industry such as B2B, outside sales, software services, financial planning, technology sales, etc.. to Segway into a new career in Residential Real Estate.

We ask our agents to focus on the specific tasks of working with prospects, – not the entire real estate business. So you learn the portions of the business you need to learn to earn faster – ultimately, helping clients and customers achieve their goals in faster that usual time frame.

Target earnings for this role are $150K U.S in the first year and $200K U.S and up in subsequent years, if you follow Fabulous Homes simple formula to success.

We help our agents develop a business. We have a proven 90 day plan to get you into productivity.
If you have the proven track record in another parallel business, we can guide you through the entire process to a successful transition into residential real estate.

The Position Responsibilities are Simple:

1) Prospecting for Buyers and Sellers – In-person, by phone and at networking events

2) Contacting Existing Leads and HOT Prospects – We provide the systems and Leads

3) Skill building – Learning to Connect, Qualify, and Convert prospects to Appointments

4) Making Skillful Presentations – Professionally gain Focus and Commitment from your Prospect

5) Showing Homes – It’s super fun to see lots of great houses!

6) Negotiations – Finding a Win-Win. Asking for Wants and Offers. Protecting your Client and Winning!

7) Moving Your Client and Asking for Referrals – The ultimate goal of each transaction is total customer satisfaction!


1) Marketing – We handle that. If you need something, we build it

2) Processing – We handle that too

3) Database and Follow-up – We do that, as well. Everything is there, you don’t need to plan or execute these functions

4) Administration – No: we have an attorney, we have Errors and Omissions insurance, we have the office all setup, and we have the plug-and-play systems and tools you need

5) Internet – We provide ALL the technology infrastructure

You need a demonstrated desire to succeed, and a proven track record for connecting with people whom you do not already know.
